Jeromy Toutants fight against neuroblastoma

Hi my name is Sarah. I am a member at Bishops Bay and I am on the House and Membership committee at our club. I am looking for your support to help Jermoy Toutant with his recent diagnosis of stage 4 neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is extremely rare in adults with an occurrence rate of 1 in 10,000,000 and 95% of the cases are with children 5 years old and younger. Jeromy has been a committed team member at Bishops Bay Country Club since the spring of 2021. In his first two years of working at the club, Jeromy attended Edgewood College here in Madison and was a member of the men’s golf team. Upon graduation in the spring of 2023, Jeromy decided he would like to pursue a career in golf and become a PGA Professional under the guidance of John Shipshock and Chris Meyer. The club promoted Jeromy to Assistant Golf Professional this year and he has already passed his playing ability test as he works through the PGA of America’s curriculum to become a PGA Professional. Jeromy shares an apartment with his girlfriend Maddie in Madison and his parents Bill and Lori live in Columbus, WI. Jeromy was intending to work at Golf Galaxy this winter as his work at the club has been seasonal currently. With his diagnosis and impending treatment program employment will not likely be possible the next several months as he goes through his chemotherapy, radiation, and immuno-therapy at the UW Madison Children’s Hospital. We hope our friends can support Jeromy as he will likely have additional personal and medical expenses to navigate during these next several months. At the young age of 23, Jeromy has a long hard road ahead of him- anything you can contribute helps!!
