Jeromy's survival fund

Jeromy was blessed with a new lease on his life when he received a new kidney this past Thursday morning.  However, he will have to remain in Arizona, 5 hours away from his home and family for at least the next month.  This stay is necessary so he can be cared for at the Mayo Clinic so he does not lose his new kidney.  Obviously, he won't be able to work and the cost of taking care of his family's needs and his personal needs are going to be difficult for the next few months.
