Hi, I'm Richard Correa and I'm fundraising for my friend Jerry Alfaro. On Oct.7th,2020 Jerry tested positive for Covid. He was told that he had diabetes and high blood pressure and was overweight. Jerry left the hospital determined to change these results. He started eating better and began running every day. After a couple of weeks, he noticed an excruciating pain in his feet which lasted for several days. He decided to see a Podiatrist and was told he had neuropathy. The doctor suggested surgery which he did but nothing changed afterward. Then he saw another doctor and was told he had Morton's neuroma. He was treated for that and had no changes as well. He tried acupuncture as well same results . The latest diagnosis is that his motor and sensory nerves are damaged and that the nerve sheath needs to be repaired. To have this done it cost $14,000.00. Jerry has been out of work since this all started. He has paid for all of his visits with his own money, but he has no more funds. I can vouch that he is a good person and hard worker. He has always been an active person, a family man and good friend. So I’m asking family and friends to pray and ask the Lord what you should donate.
