JERRY FRANCO CANCER BATTLE

Hello family and friends. My name is Peggy Franco and I am trying to raise money to help my husband JERRY FRANCO continue his battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and the side effects of chemotherapy, which have been atrial fibulation and congestive heart failure, leaving him unable to work. Many of you may know that Jerry has been battling his 2nd major cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, after beating an aggressive form of prostrate cancer some years ago. He has worked straight through these extreme illnesses for the past several years. He is a warrior with a positive attitude that has amazed me the entire time. However, even the strongest can face insurmountable odds within the medical and insurance industry. WE ARE AT THAT POINT!!! He has been hospitalized recently with pneumonia which led to the AFIB and CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. He came very very close to death and these are the side effects of chemotherapy. It destroys the cancer but ultimately destroys you immune system and damages other major organs as well. This hospitalization also caused his employer to let him go as his capacity to work in the industry he has spent his entire life doing, landscaping and beautifying the earth, have now been forever changed. Anyone who has had a major illness understands the cost!!! We have depleted our savings and need to look to the kindness of others to help us survive. The expense of the health insurance, housing and all that goes with that, copays and deductibles with at least one more surgery looming in the future when he is stable are just mounting and we are in serious trouble. ANY HELP WOULD BE MORE THAN APPRECIATED but certainly not expected. This is a difficult time and asking for assistance is absolutely not our style, however, we are in great need.
