Jerry Hamm Hit and Run Accident

I would like to take a moment to discuss a recent accident involving Jerry Hamm. Jerry has been an employee working in my office for a few years. Last Saturday he was envoved in a hit and run, believed to be an SUV, into the back of him while he was riding his motorcycle in South Houston on the feeder of I-45. The vehicle not only knocked him off of his bike but also ran him over directly. He was wearing his helmet and leathers which saved his life.

He was orignally brought to Clear Lake area hospital but his injuries were so sever he was taken to Memorial Herman Medical Center where he is now being treated for a right leg broken in two places, right arm and sholder broken. He also sustained a truma to a major artery going to the heart causing surgery to repair. 

He has been a great employee and great friend to many along with what can be observed as loved deeply by his family. I am asking for any donations to assist Jerry  in covering the extreme medical cost and lack of income from loss of work. His recovery will be a lengthy and very painful recovery but is said to recover in due time.
