It's hard to find someone in this community who doesn't have a story about Red Wellman. He wasn't just another face, he was a Johnston County fixture. One of the names that will be spoken of for years.

Red was raised in Ravia and Tishomingo, he was a familiar face at the local coffee shop, known for his humor, and unwavering work ethic. Tragically, Red's life was cut short in a devastating vehicle accident. Left behind are his loving wife, two grown children, and four cherished grandchildren. Unfortunately, Red didn't have life insurance, and we all understand the financial burden that comes with funeral expenses. With the family's consent, we've established this gofundme campaign to rally support and raise the necessary funds. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference.
