Jerry's peaceful days surrounded by his family

Jerry was optimistic about fighting this battle, and we thought we had many things in order, however there is still so much to unravel.

 

Jerry was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in July 2020, an Anaplastic Oligodedroglioma 3.

 

The day before Brianna's (his first born daughter) birthday, he had his first surgery.

 

After radiation and chemo, the tumor still grew, and he had his 2nd surgery this autumn.

The surgery did not go well.

 

Jerry is coming home to be with his daughters, wife and doggies, and be in HIS HOME, his comfortable and peaceful place, his sanctuary.

 

Transport home in a non- emergency medical transport van is not covered by insurance/is 'out of pocket'.

 

The 24 hour home health aid care is not covered by insurance/is 'out of pocket'.

 

Until we can unravel the finances and passwords and paperwork, we are humbly asking for help to cover the costs. We are so grateful for everyone's support and care and concern.
