Jess’ Cancer Recovery Journey
Donation protected

Hello, my name is Jess. I am a wife, mother of two young children (ages 5 and 1), and a dedicated high school teacher. Unfortunately, shortly after starting chemotherapy in January, I had to stop working because the treatment was too aggressive and physically demanding.
In August 2023, I received a life-changing diagnosis of a rare form of cancer, after spending several months in the hospital dealing with complications like hypomagnesemia. Recently, I underwent a major surgery—specifically a sternotomy left hemi clamshell thymectomy and left upper lobectomy—just three weeks ago. While I am on the road to recovery, the journey ahead is long and challenging.
Dealing with cancer has brought more than just medical challenges. The expenses associated with treatments, hospital visits, parking, and everyday essentials like food have started to pile up.
I am reaching out for your support during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be a blessing to my family and me as we navigate through this period of recovery and healing. Your generosity will help alleviate the financial burden that comes with fighting cancer.
Thank you for considering supporting us. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us.
Warm regards,
Jess
