Help me get essentials (hrt, phone bill, meds etc)

Hey, I'm Jess, and I'm trying to raise money to help secure my supply of medication (HRT stuff in particular), among other things necessary to survive for the foreseeable future, as there is a significant likelihood that after January, I will no longer be able to access healthcare, and may have no access to housing.
