Jess Ervin Franks passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 18th. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Celua May Guess-Franks, son Tony Wayne Franks and daughter Robin Reneen Guess Franks.
Jess worked for over 40 years in the construction industry. He enjoyed spending time with his son working on cars and seeing and hearing about his daughter's design and construction projects.
In lieu of plants or flowers, the family request consideration of making a donation to assist with internment and funeral expenses.
