Jesse and Courtney’s 20th Anniversary fundraiser

Hi guys, Jesse here. As embarrassing as it is to admit, we have fallen on some hard times financially and right when we are about to celebrate 20years of marriage together. My masculine instinct has always been to just suck it up and go without for now knowing that this to shall pass but seeing the disappointment on my beloved wife’s face has moved me to try a different approach. The scripture says that if you are in need, ask and it shall be given unto you. So this is me humbly asking you to help me do something special for my wife on our 20th anniversary.

Courtney and I have been wanting to attend a three day couples marriage retreat weekend put on by councillors at their home in nearby Qualicum beach on Vancouver Island. The cost is around $5000 as it includes three days of therapy as well as all food and lodging. I love my wife dearly and know that this would minister to her and myself as well and give us some much needed rest and connection time together.
