Jesse Davis MS Procedure
Donation protected
We are the Davis Family, and we created this fund out of love and support for our brother Jesse Davis. Jesse is the kindest, most loving sibling that any family could ask for. At 62 years old, he has just become a grandfather. He gives his time helping others in any way possible never seeking a monetary gain. Jesse was diagnosed 19 years ago with Multiple Sclerosis. He has relied on conventional medicine to heal and help him for the entire time, but to no avail. We have watched him get progressively worse and suffer the side effects of the medication that isn’t even helping him. Patients with MS will suffer from chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency (CCSVI), which is a condition of the narrowing of veins in the neck, which affects blood flow. Doctors have discovered a non-conventional method that has been working wonders for Multiple Sclerosis patients. They are performing a minimally invasive procedure where they can inflate a balloon through the groin area to travel through the jugular vein and open the veins that are narrowed and compromised. Although this procedure is very successful in giving MS patients their mobility and allowing them to remain independent without the use of a wheelchair, insurance does not cover it. It is our hope as a family, that with your help, we can raise enough money to send Jesse to Dayton, Ohio to receive this procedure and give him the quality of life that allows him to grow old.
