Hello,
Our brotherhood of Phi Kappa Sigma at the University of South Carolina is in mourning of our brother, Jesse Ledford(Class of 2018) who passed on July 4th, 2020. Jesse had a bright soul that would lighten up any room with his personality and sense of humor.
Before the University of South Carolina Jesse attended Southside Christian in Simpsonville, SC. Once at U of SC he joined the Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity in the fall of 2015 where he was adored by all his new brothers. He was a devoted student who challenged himself in the RN program which he graduated in 2018.
Jesse's hardworking mentality went well beyond the classroom as he was an Infantryman in the South Carolina National Guard, part of Charlie Company, 4th Battalion 118th Infantry, 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team.
The donations from the fund will go to the family of Jesse to help pay for the expenses in such hard times. We will miss Jesse dearly, though he will never be forgotten may his impact on this brotherhood and everyone else he met last forever. "Once a Phi Kap, Always a Phi Kap"
