HELP! Pheew… It feels so good to finally have the strength to ask, and thank you to those who encouraged me to reach out and remind me I’m not alone. Those who know me might have learned I am NO good at asking for help... well here comes a big step for me. The type of help I need is even more difficult of me to ask. Recently I have fallen on some difficult financial times and can't seem to catch up no matter how I have tried. It seems even the toughest of rock wears away as the waves keep crashing, and my waves have been crashing extremely hard as of late. So, without divulging too much of it, I’m asking for any amount of donation you could make. My goal is to raise $12,000. Anything that might come after, I plan on giving to local animal shelters to help support all the good doggies and kitties, and any other type of animal that might need it.

It’s difficult to go into the reasons and hardships that have brought me to ask for help without getting into a novel, but you mix some medical with family issues and add a bunch of small things that pile up, you end up with a charcuterie plate of things. I usually LOVE charcuterie plates… but NOT this one.

I now understand the term “ Cry for help”, while I write this and tears swell in my eyes, tears of relief for finally being brave enough to admit I need help and also tears of joy for those who pushed me to realize it was ok to ask for help without feeling ashamed. Lastly, grateful for knowing I have friends such as you who took time out of your life to concern yourself with mine. Even if you are not in a position to help, you may pass it on to someone looking to help out a downtrodden decent fellow.
