paying for surgery on my elbow

On 5/22 while out in the front driveway I tripped over a pile of braches my brother and I were bundling for green pick up.  Falling face first I placed my hands in front of me to catch myself.

My left palm hit with enough force to drive my radial bone forward, shattering the end nearest the elbow. The specialist said he needed an MRI to assess the extent of the damage and understand exactly what was needed for surgery.

The specialist  said the surgery needs to happen in the next two weeks.

Here is the thing., I am currently unemployed and do not have medical insurance.
