Jessica & Hunter’s Honeymoon Redo
Dear Friends and Family of The
Newlyweds-
In a sad turn of events, Jessica and Hunter had to cancel their honeymoon after just
one day in Mexico to escape the wrath and certain doom of Hurricane Delta. As if
having a wedding during a pandemic wasn’t difficult enough with many vendors
cancelling and numerous obstacles along
the way, they have now had to abruptly flee a Category 4 (possibly Cat 5 by landfall)
hurricane for safety as well as abandon
their much-needed honeymoon due to this unprecedented act of nature.
If you're able, please consider donating to
this campaign to help offset the cost of
their losses. Flight prices were severely
inflated due to the sudden formation and
rapid development and changes of this
hurricane from a Tropical Storm yesterday morning to a Category 4 Hurricane with 145 mph winds today. With options dwindling and great concern for their safety, we were able to find them a flight out of Cancun to Houston at the exorbitant cost of almost
$5000. This is a large amount for anyone to shoulder but most definitely crippling for
newlyweds who just paid for much of their own wedding. Our goal is to help them
recuperate some of their losses and to
hopefully raise enough to eventually also
send them on a well-deserved trip
(Honeymoon Redo) where they can
celebrate their love and their entrance into marriage!
Thank you for your generosity and
kindness in assisting us to help put a
positive spin on a very unfortunate
situation! Tonight we are praising God for
their safety as they are now in Houston
and will fly back to OKC tomorrow
afternoon!
God Bless!
