Help Jessica survive the debt of surviving cancer

Donation protected
Jessica is a Pharmacy Teacher at Ben Davis High School, and was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of years ago. She is a single woman on a teachers salary who fought hard with pride (and a bit of stubbornness) to get through treatment and radiation, and the bills associated with treatment and surgery, but now finds herself struggling to pay off the debt associated with SURVIVING breast cancer.

Jessica survived a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, but her surgeries did not go as planned and she ended up in surgery seven times for the left breast. Her skin was too thin and kept ripping open at the site of entry. Two years later, they found a lump on the chest wall under the implant and did a lumpectomy. While she is doing OK now medically, she needs injections for energy and vitamin D, as he numbers remain low. She cannot afford them. Her weekly cost for that alone is $500, and on top of that, her insurance at work has a $6500 deductible per year and a high percent co-pay thereafter. In order to keep up with medical bills, she has had to rely on credit cards, and is working THREE jobs just to survive.

Please consider contributing anything that you can to help her simply pay off her debt so that she can enjoy the second chance at life that she was granted.
