Jessica Jingles Emergency Medical Fund

Those who know Jessica (aka Jingles) Budewitz know how kind, caring, and helpful she has always been to her friends and family, and now Jessica needs our help due to a serious ongoing medical salutation which has resulted in her inability to work.

Three years ago, Jessica moved back to Sussex, Wisconsin to be closer to family and to pursue a new career in the electrical engineering industry. After having spent time living with and caring for family, Jessica was able to move into her own house with her beloved Ophi dog and Momo the bearded dragon about a year ago.

Despite struggles with chronic pain throughout the last handful of years, thought to be originating from Fibromyalgia, Jessica had created and maintained a happy and stable slice of life for herself. All of this is at risk due to her recent medical situation. Several months back, Jessica’s pain was more persistent, and other symptoms started to arise as well. Along with chronic pain, she started experiencing loss of hearing, imbalance and dizziness, headaches, nausea, fatigue, and others. As a result of these ailments, Jessica has spent the last several months on Family and Medical Leave Act Leave from work.

Jessica has spent the last several months in and out of doctor’s visits trying to get to the bottom of what is causing her symptoms. Her doctors found a 2-centimeter mass in her brain, and her medical team is still determining what the treatment options for her may be. It is likely that this has been causing her symptoms previously thought to be Fibromyalgia (see image below)

While she waits for more information on upcoming treatment, Jessica is doing her best to stay positive and maintain her health, but this has been challenging as day-to-day bills and medical bills pile up. She is hoping to qualify for disability while this medical situation sorts itself out, but this process can take many months, and Jessica needs our help now so that she can focus on the most important thing, her health and well-being.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to Jessica to cover the cost of past-due bills, and anything leftover will go towards future medical bills, as there are sure to be some.
