Friends and Family,
To all of us, Jessica Juliana was a smiling, happy young woman, full of life and optimism. She loved her daughter, Alessandra, dearly, and was fiercely devoted to raising her to excel. She was a loving partner, daughter, niece, cousin and friend.
Sadly, Jess was taken from us much too soon. In spite of her dedicated efforts, she succumbed to her illness a month shy of her 32nd birthday. The emptiness we all now feel is profound and it will be lasting. Alessandra will have many questions, and she will be forced to grow up without the person who nurtured her so tenderly.
Jess also left us after having put her future on hold to fight her battle, postponing school and career to focus on being well. She left no resources even to defray the expenses associated with the end of life.
If you would like to donate to help Jess’ family pay for her funeral and the internment of her remains, the Juliana, Skirpan and Fagan families have set this page up to facilitate. We will use the proceeds to cover the costs incurred. Any funds donated over and above the cost (approximately $3500) will be put towards Alessandra’s college trust.
Thank you for your kindness and love.
