Update 4.5.22: It is with my deepest sorrow that I announce that our beautiful Jessica passed away at 1pm on 4.5.22. Please consider a  donation to support her two heartbroken children and husband who are now also in need of support for funeral/burial expenses. I am Dr. Bari Cunningham, a pediatric dermatologist in San Diego, raising funds for my medical assistant Jessica Lopez and her family of 4. Jessica has been my medical assistant for 21 years; she has been my right hand, often knowing what to do before I do! I have been immensely blessed to have had her help set up and run our medical practice taking gentle and tender care of tens of thousands of patients over 21 years. All who know Jessica and her loving heart adore her! There aren't words to express how much we miss her at work, but her family is struggling in many more ways without her love, income and support. Jessica has been in the ICU in a medically induced coma for the past month suffering through medical complications from a prolonged and unexpected ICU stay. Any funds raised will help support her family's medical bills and support her two high school children, one of whom is slated to graduate and attend college this June.
