Jessica Scaramazzo’s memorial and support fund

Dear friends and family of the Scaramazzo’s,

This fundraiser is set up by Tyler and Dakotas family to help offset the costs of memorial arrangements, travel to Hawaii, lodging, and to mitigate any unforeseen costs related to Jessica’s passing and help them in the upcoming months. As the boys reel from the sudden loss the last thing we want them to worry about is the financial burden that has come along with it.

As many of you know Tyler and Dakota lost their father in 2014 and have continued to navigate that massive loss of loosing one parent. They now have to cope with the unimaginable loss of their mother. On July 16 our beloved Jessica passed away swimming in the ocean that she adored off of the island she loved. She resided on Oahu after Justin passed away there. She absolutely loved the ocean, the beaches, the people and fully embraced the native island culture. When she tragically lost Justin, the love of her life, she found comfort in their boys and the deep connection to the island that Justin, Tyler and Dakota had created there.

Loosing Jess so suddenly has been devastating to her boys, family and friends. Of course traveling so far and the expenses of the location and logistics has made it much more challenging. I know so many of us feel called to support and love on Justin and Jessica’s sons and we appreciate all of the love sent their way. We hope to continue to rally around Tyler and Dakota as they grieve their mother and father. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this, for sending words of encouragement and for considering to financially help the boys. We appreciate and love you all.
