Our good friend and fellow motorcycle rider, Jessica Saner, was in a severe motorcycle wreck on Thursday March 18th. Through no fault of her own she's now faced with some severe injuries. Of course she was wearing all her gear but that didn't keep her from breaking both her wrists, both femurs and some bones in her pelvic area. Luckily her helmet did it's job and saved her precious noggin!
There's going to be a mountain of medical bills since she's been in the hospital for a week so far and has had to have multiple surgeries. Unfortunately she didn't have insurance and it's going to take a while to figure out the insurance coverage (if the other party even has it?) Obviously she won't be able to work for an extended period of time while she recovers. We are unsure of the exact costs yet so the goal may change as expenses mount. If you're able to help out it, it would be greatly appreciated! Even just sharing this with friends and family can make a difference.
We'll keep you all updated and if you're not able to financially help there will be opportunities for meal trains, transportation needs, and even simple things like taking care of her yard!
Remember to take care of each other and make Rowdy proud!
P.S. - Jessica has been able to FaceTime with Rex who said " My Mommy is a Mummy !"
