Jessie "Ginger" Carbaugh

My brother was unexpectedly taken from us on 5/23/2020. He was 29 years old, just shy of his 30th birthday on June 5th. He was shot with a shotgun over some nonsense. He didn't deserve to lose his life. My step mom is devastated, as we all are. He had so much life to live. My step mom just buried her mom in March and is now burying her only child. He did not have life insurance as we weren't expecting this tragedy. My family has been hit hard this past few months and I'm trying to help my step mom give my brother the burial he deserves.
