Jessie Spohn family

Tony and the kids unexpectedly lost the rock of their family, Jessie, early Sunday morning, December 29th. We’d like to show them some love and lighten Tony’s load during such a difficult time in all of their lives. If you feel called to donate, I know they will appreciate it greatly. A prayer and share goes a long way, too.

Here is just a small example of the kind of mother and good person Jessie was:

Lily wrote:

“Yesterday my momma went to Heaven. I’ve thought a lot about my mom in the last 24 hours and I can’t believe she’s gone.. she was my best friend, the person I could come to when I needed a shoulder to cry on, and the best momma to anyone that needed one… I can’t believe that I won’t be able to skip over to her unit at work anymore, I won’t get to hug her when I had a hard day, I won’t be able to bring her a Dr Pepper after work anymore. It’s still not real, I still see her in every person I talk to. I still think she going to come walking in talking about how mad she is that we let people see the messy house. She was the most beautiful, caring, loving momma ever. I know that God is watching over our family and that He knows what he is planning for us. Thank you all who knew and loved her, and have offered so many kind words after she passed.”

Bella says the same:

”Today my momma went to Heaven. She’s with her momma and not hurting anymore. I love you forever momma. You were my best friend and forever will be. Thank you for always being here for the whole family , no matter what momma was always there for anyone. She cared for anyone no matter what. She was the best person, mom, aunt, Gigi, sister, and daughter. If you knew her she could light up any room no matter what, she was always the light in our lives. momma would help anyone in need , she put everyone first and made sure everyone was okay. She will forever be missed. I love you forever ,mama.”

What a testament to the kind of little firecracker Jessie will always be, in this life and the next. Fly high my friend!
