Help Ella pay for her Facial Feminisation Surgery & Laser

Heya all,

My name is Ella, and I am crowdfunding to help pay for my FFS. The surgery itself came in at €14,000. I needed a hotel for 3 weeks in Hasselt, Belgium, and also had a 3 month loss of earnings during recovery. Due to being out of work currently, mostly due to the film & TV strikes, and there being much more competition, this has also making this figure even more daunting.

FFS is a necessary for me in dealing with my dysphoria, but also, for my safety. The world, and in particular, the UK is becoming more and more unsafe for trans people. If this surgery can help me "pass under the radar," better, then I will be less likely to be attacked and abused in public places. Hate crimes against trans people are skyrocketing, and I'm pretty terrified of going to a lot of places in case I get "clocked."

Unfortunately, these surgeries are not covered under the NHS, and the clinics within the UK seem to fall short of the standard one would expect when having this kind of surgery. I decided to go to Hasselt, Belgium, to the Face2FaceClinic run by Dr Beckers & Dr Van Genechten.
