Jobe Elms' Navy Graduation
Donation protected
My son Jobe Elms is currently at the Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, IL. (That's Navy Boot Camp.) He is scheduled to graduate on May 6th, 2016. We are so proud of our son for deciding to serve our country by joining the Navy. We want to attend his graduation ceremony (Pass In Review).
We live in Richland, WA and it's a long way to Illinois. My husband has chronic back pain and also suffers from Panic and Anxiety Disorder making air travel impossible. We plan to drive and stay in budget motels. The money would help us purchase gas, lodging and food for the trip. We hope that you will consider a donation to help us make the trip. We plan to leave May 2nd or 3rd.
I am so proud of my son for serving our country. We want to show Jobe the support and love that he deserves for taking this step. The best way for our family to do that is for us to be there for him as he accomplishes the hardest task he has ever completed. With your generosity we can do this.
It's difficult to put into words how grateful I am to anyone who even reads this, let alone helps us in any way. Thank you for taking time to consider helping us. Know that your support helps a new Sailor for the Navy have his family there to see him start his awesome journey. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you.
