Single mom in need

Hello, my name is Alyssa, I am a disabled veteran. I'm a single mother with an autistic son, and I've been underemployed for nearly a year. Due to health issues and the needs of my son, I've been unable to increase my hours enough to make a liveable wage. My debt has built to a point that I am unable to keep up with minimum monthly payments, and can barely afford enough groceries to feed myself and my son. I'm asking for help to get some of my debt paid off so I can better manage the remaining debt and have more monthly income available for groceries.
I've always been very vocal about one's need to advocate for oneself when in need, but when it comes to me, it's very difficult. I was raised to never ask for help unless there was no other option. My mother has been kind enough to allow me and my son to live in her house rent free, but has made it very clear she will not provide groceries aside from what she already buys for herself or any other financial support, and I respect that as she lives within her means, not hers, mine, and my son's. I'm hopeful to be able to start working close to full-time again, but by the time all the medical tests are done, I will have so much debt, I'll be in collections and my credit will be so low, I won't get approved for any type of property once I am able to climb back out.
Anything helps, and I am beyond thankful to anyone willing to help, either financially or by sharing this with others. One day, hopefully soon, I'll be able to pay it forward again.
