DENCLE V. BARR's Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
Dear Family, Friends, Community,
I'm reaching out to you today with a plea for help and hope. My dad, Retired Superintendent of Police DENCLE VENCLE BARR has been battling cancer for the past three years with a strong spirit of resilience. His recent setback has left us in a state of urgency. We have not lost hope; we have not lost faith.
After undergoing a bone marrow transplant in hopes of defeating the cancer known as multiple myeloma, we received devasting news: the transplant seemingly failed. Now, faced with the aggressive return of the cancer my dad's journey has taken a critical turn and we need YOUR help, please.
In order to give him the fighting chance he deserves, he urgently needs to undergo several vital medical procedures at MOFFITT Cancer Center in Tampa. However, the financial aspect of his treatment is consuming, as my dad is without medical insurance coverage.
That is why we are turning to our community for support. We humbly ask for your assistance in funding my dad's treatment and recovery journey. Your contribution, no matter the size, will help cover the costs of his medical procedures and provide much-needed relief during this trying time.
Your generosity will not only support my dad's fight against cancer but also serve as a beacon of strength and hope for our family. Together, we can make a difference in his life and help him overcome this formidable challenge. TOGETHER WE CAN WIN!
Daddy has dedicated most of his life to serving others. His 40 years of service on the Royal Bahamas Police Force is exemplary of this. His impact especially in The Fort Charlotte and Cat Island communities is indelible. He established many effective partnerships to ensure that these communities were not only protected but provided for so that their essential needs were met. And now, He needs you as a partner.
WE THANK YOU for considering to stand alongside us in this battle. Your kindness and compassion means more to us than words can express. May God bless you beyond measure.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Barr Family
