St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas has created a scholarship in memory of Morgan King who died June 13, 2018 from complications following heart surgery. Morgan taught music at St. Mary's for over 30 years. This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving woodwind student every year and keep Morgan King's legacy alive through music education.
