Jill Kirby’s Metastatic Cancer Battle

Jesus has called mom home! Her suffering is no more but she sure didn’t go without a fight. There are many of you asking where to send money to help with final expenses… I thought I would just share this again! Thank you all for your love and support!


In January we learned that our Mom, Jill Kirby, was diagnosed with colon cancer after a routine colonoscopy. This news obviously took us all by storm. Days later she was sent for a cat scan of the abdomen then we learned that it was now considered Stage 4 because it proved to be metastatic to the liver as well.  This cancer is considered terminal. There is one thing we know... if our God  can move mountains, raise people from the dead and feed thousands of people with a meal that was only big enough for a family, who is man to say this is the end??!!   Life has changed immensely since these findings and so have their needs.  Our family is not financially prepared for her final expenses. Also because of the loss in income, since she has become unable to work, finances are stacking up against them. We as a family are asking for help to take financial strain off them and to solidify her final arrangements!  Things like this would allow her to focus more on the fight that is ahead!  Her spirits are great, Her faith is stronger now more than ever and she feels the love from a    community she has given back to for years! You are all loved and held close to us and anything you can give towards this battle is greatly appreciated as well!!
