Jill Mclaughlin

Hi, my name is Darcey and I am a close personal friend of Jill. Over the past few months Jill has been hospitalized and diagnosed with Kidney failure stage 3A, heart failure, high blood pressure, edema, vitamin D deficiency, retinal detachment (a lifelong threat with need for injection in both eyes for the rest of her life. Jill also suffers diabetes and will need to undergo surgery on her foot in the near future. Jill has been a paraprofessional for Plainfield Public Schools working on the school buses for many years and is now on unpaid FMLA since September and will continue to be unable to work. There has been difficulty organizing her many doctors to submit the necessary documents for financial assistance thus, she has no source of income. I am asking for donations to help Jill through this difficult process. With no idea of when she may begin receiving financial help I have estimated funds necessary to cover her and her daughter's expenses over the next 3 to 4 months.
