Jill Needs Us: Support Her During Hardship

Hello friends, if you are reading this, you have crossed paths with Jill Paterson at some point in your journey, and you know what an amazing daughter, friend, and mother she is.

Right now, she is dealing with much more than her fair share of hardship. Her own mother passed in January, and in the months leading up to her passing, Jill was managing her care, reducing her availability for work, which was stressful, but she is strong and powered through. Then, after the passing of her mother, Jill was picking up groceries and slipped on black ice, resulting in a severely broken wrist that will take months to heal.

The financial implications are major: missed shifts at work, medical bills, and bills associated with end-of-life care for her mother that she is going to have to shoulder—not to mention food, rent, and utilities for herself and her two children.

We all know Jill has the biggest heart and so much love for her friends and family, and she rarely asks for help. I am hoping that, if we can come together, we can help take some of the stress off of her during this difficult time.
