Donate in memory of Jim Cerneka

After the unexpected passing of the beloved husband, father, family member, and friend, Dr. James "Jim" Cerneka, we are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to his wife, Jen Cerneka, in memory of Jim for the benefit of his sons' (Lucas and Charlie) 529 College Plans. Jim will be dearly missed, let's come together to honor his legacy and support his family through this difficult time.
