Jim Cook Classic Benefit

Hi my name is Al Cook, I am a commitee member of the Jim Cook Sr. Classic benefit. Each year we come together to help a sick child in our community. This is our 19th year and we have all realized how blessed we are, so many children in our own community are sick & suffering. This year we are helping Jacob Arledge who was diagnosed with stage 3 T-cell lymphoma and several other medical issues. We want to help Jacob and need your help, you can help Jacob with your donation. With your help we can brighten this child's life just a little. Thank you for considering helping Jacob
