Jim Dye Funeral Fund

Jim Dye passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Jan 4th, 2023. He'd been unable to work since the Covid shutdown and he and his wife Melissa were relying on his Social Security benefits to get them through. Melissa filled in the gaps by doing food delivery work. Between the shutdown and Jim's inability to work thereafter, their saving dwindled and was eventually exhausted.
Jim had an amazing career in Washington DC serving three presidents and then moving into the private sector. He married Melissa and they followed their dream of moving to Key West. Jim became a Trolley Tour Guide for Historic Tours of America and he'd found his true calling. He was outstanding in his role and his guests just loved him.
Melissa will have to leave Key West to live with friends and family until she can get on her feet again. In the meantime, in addition to her life-shattering loss, she is facing all the costs associated with Jim's passing and she has no money to cover them. Jim and Melissa were a great couple and fine people. She desperately needs some help. Any amount you can give, large or small will help.
