Help Jim Fish with his medical expenses

Hi, my name is Mike Steur and I am raising funds for my friend Jim Fish.

In November 2021 Jim developed a skin tear which became infected. He was admitted to a hospital to have it treated and since then has been through multiple treatments and surgeries to get the wound to heal.

In July Jim underwent two surgeries. He has had to lay on one side since then to help the wound heal. He has been in a skilled-nursing facility for 8 weeks but his insurance only covered the first 4 weeks. His doctor recently approved his discharge from the facility. However, he is only permitted to sit for 30 minutes per day. Because of this restriction he will need to have an expensive stretcher transport to get from Columbus to Dayton.

The GoFundme goal is to raise enough money to cover Jim’s out-of-pocket expenses for the skilled-nursing facility and transport back to Dayton.
