Jim Johnson Funeral Fund

Jim Johnson lost his battle with colon cancer around dawn this morning, Sunday, August 6th. Jim was a devoted husband and cherished sweetheart of Pamela for 45 years. Together they had 6 children and 18 grandchildren. Jim was also the uncle and friend who always had a joke at the ready, all while sharing his love of music being the best DJ at lots of events.

Jim was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer in November 2020 and soon after Pamela was diagnosed with breast cancer. Jim soon underwent critical surgery to remove his entire colon and started chemotherapy and Pam too had surgery to remove her cancer. The surgeries and treatments quickly ate through all the savings that Jim and Pam had.

This past year at a checkup it was discovered that Jim's cancer had returned with vengeance and had spread throughout his body. In spite of this horrific news, Jim continued to work hard and tirelessly until only this last week installing and repairing sound systems in buildings across the country to try to pay the unyielding medical bills and debt incurred from cancer treatments.

The family is emotionally devastated and now also overwhelmed with the mounting medical debt and funeral expenses.
