Jim Riley, a neighbor, friend, hands on father of three beautiful daughters and a loving husband has Stage III Colorectal Cancer (he was diagnosed approximately two months ago). He is looking at 6 - 12 weeks of chemo, radiation daily for 6 weeks, colon surgery, chemo for 4 more months and another surgery to reverse illeostomy. Jim will be out of work for quite a while and they are in need of some monetary assistance to help aid in the following areas:
- Child care
- Extensive co-payments (if insurance will even pay)
- Out of pocket medical bills
Jim and his family will need this money within the next four to six months to ensure they are covered in all areas.
This is an important cause to me, my family and our neighbors because the Riley's moved in and opened their doors and hearts to all of us. Our children play together, the adults hang together and we would like to see that continue and in good health.
