Jim Schoel Needs Our Help

Donation protected

Dear Friends of Jim, Nicole, and family,

There is some unfortunate news about Jim’s health. While out visiting family on the west coast, he suffered a major stroke. As a result, Jim has been hospitalized with paralysis on one side of his body. His speech has also been affected. We know that Jim is a fighter, and he has already shown some signs of improvement. But he has yet to leave the hospital, and his journey back to health has only just begun.

Jim has been a giver most of his life. He has counseled us, married some of us, and wrapped his enormous heart around us in times of need. He is a selfless man. Now Jim and his caring family need us to take care of them.

It will be a long road back for Jim, and aside from our thoughts and prayers, providing the family with financial support will be critical. There are significant current expenses, including hospitalization and rehabilitation, as well as many unanticipated costs. As givers, the accumulation of wealth has not been their primary consideration. Instead, Jim and his family have been accumulators of love and friendships.

So we are asking that you give what you can and then give more! We need to bring this unique, vital, creative, passionate, empathetic, compassionate man back to good health. It will take all of us to make that happen.
