Jimi was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastasis Small Cell Lung Cancer on May 13th, 2022. There is no cure for this type of cancer. The tumor, originally the size of a lemon, is in his upper right lobe of his right lung. It is also in his chest cavity wall, lymph node #7, and lesions on his liver, both hips, lower spine and tail bone.
Jimi has survived this past year by taking a immunotherapy pill called Alecensa twice a day which has shrunk the lung tumor to more than half the size it was. Lymph node #7 has also shrunk to over half the size as well. The lesion on his liver has disappeared. The cancer in both hips, lower spine and tail bone are now gone as well. While all this is great news, there has been a totally new out break of cancer that has sprung up in his right eye socket and the back right side of his skull. The pain is equal to that of a toothache/abcess that radiates up and turns into a migraine. Extremely uncomfortable and debilitating. My doctor. Dr. Bruce Gould, is attacking this head on and Jimi will start radiation treatments Monday July 17th, 2023.
With all of these new developments and set backs he is reaching out to anyone who wants to help support his journey financially. He has already taken off nearly a year of work to get better from last year's cancer treatments but now Ihe faces this new set back. Jimi receives a small disability check from the government and has recently started back to work. But his PTO time has been wiped completely out and nearly all his savings has been drained because he had to replace cars that have broken down on him. The latest casualty is a 2012 Ford Fusion where the transmission went out only two weeks after he bought it.
What Jimi is trying to accomplish here is to keep his bills afloat and not go back into the negative. He also needs some help with starting some alternative treatments through Cellular Health MD, which can be very expensive...NAD IV Therapy and Thymosin Alpha 1, TB500 and BP157 FDA Aprroved Blended Peptides. These treatments will assist hishealing and reduce inflammation. He is also planning on working with a dietitian friend of his - Brad Carter - in order to fight this cancer head on and kick its ass!!!
