Keep fighting!

My name is Elias Mora De la Cruz. At 25 weeks of pregnancy, my mommy unexpectantly delivered me. I weighed 1 pound, 3 ounces when I was born. My premature birth has impacted many, especially my parents that have learned that their greatest blessing has come with trials and unforeseen surprises. Together, we have learned that when something is created from God’s benevolent grace, all things are possible. After 4 months in the NICU and my determination to survive, I will finally be able to go home with my parents. My parents and I will continue to have a long road ahead possibly still meeting unexpected surprises but with the support and prayers from family and friends, we’ll continue to make great strides towards a positive future.
