Relocation costs to move by family

Hi My name is Alicia, My mother and I are trying to relocate ourselves and my 12 year old daughter who was the victim of an assault that has left her scared to leave the house. She can no longer go to school, go out side to play or leave the house without us. She knows the the man who assaulted her is still out on the streets here and I don't think she should have to live this way. This is why I am trying to relocate her to a place she feels safe and can can be a kid as much as she can. She is a special needs child to start off this just make things a lot harder for her and I am trying to make it a little easier if I can.
