Clinical Trial for my Dad's Cancer

UPDATE: The VA has denied my father coverage to seek a clinical trial. They have essentially given up on him and forced us into going this alone. Thank you to anyone that has donated so far. My father has stage 4 cancer, the last round of chemotherapy failed. His insurance is though the VA and they won't approve outside care for him. There is a clinical trial opening soon at Dana Farber that he wants to do, and if it works could potentially extend his life. If we go this route, we will likely have to pay out of pocket because the VA does not offer any clinical trials.  The trial opens next month . This is the most important person in my life, and anything helps. Thank you.
