Support for UA 110 Brother Taylor Lebell & Family

United Association of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local Union 110 is starting a fundraiser on behalf of Journeyman HVAC Technician Taylor Lebell in support of him and his family for his newborn son's medical condition.

 

Taylor, after honorably serving 4 years in the United States Navy, began his apprenticeship with Local 110 JATC through the VIP program. In April of 2021, Taylor completed his apprenticeship and became a Journeyman. Since then, Taylor has become a vital member of his install team at Warwick Mechanical Group and a valued member of Local 110. He works extremely hard to provide for his family and cares deeply for his fellow UA brethren.

 

Recently, Taylor and his wife, Monica, welcomed their third child, Reed, into the world. Unfortunately, Reed suffers from a rare condition called Gastroschisis. Immediately upon birth, Reed was rushed into surgery. Three-quarters of his small intestines were removed, leaving Reed unable to digest food normally. Reed will likely only receive his nutrition intravenously for several years until he becomes a candidate for transplantation. While Reed is in stable condition, he remains in the NICU and awaits more surgical procedures, unable to join his family at home.

 

Taylor's wife, meanwhile, is currently recovering from her own complications from childbirth. Between hospital visits, and caring for their other son and daughter, ages 4 and 7, Taylor has had to miss work for a significant period of time. There will also be significant medical expenses for years to come.

 

The Lebell family has a long road ahead of them in Reed's journey to leading a normal, healthy life. We are starting this GoFundMe to help them through this tough time. Please consider donating to help a tradesman and his family while they support each other on their road to recovery.
