Help Me Walk Properly Again...

Hi there, my name is Jacob, i suffer from a psoriasis condition known as psoriasis arthritis which has rapidly been spreading on my hands and feet, i used to work as a bartender but the working conditions mixed with the spreading of my decease got to a point where i could no longer stand or walk due to the many cuts in my feet, that sometimes lead to extensive bleeding from just standing up from a chair or walking down the hallway. Same goes for my hands. I have been living with this condition since i was 12 years old and lately it's just gotten worse and worse, and i've been seeking more medical help asking for more treatment and have been given a trifecta of creams that i can no longer afford as the 3 creams are quite expensive and i can barely walk these days. To get further treatment as in Skin replacement or laser treatment i have to finish the procedure with these creams that i can no longer afford.

Ontop of the pain from all this i lost my brother in recent years and have been struggling with my mental health aswell which somedays just feels unbearable. Because frankly i'm tired of the physical pain that torments me, i just want to be able to play with my cat, go for a walk, and not be in pain.
