Mom’s final wish

Mom had a massive stroke in January. She is currently in a specialty care home. They are going to have to release her because she hasn't made any progress in her therapy. Because she has been so depressed, we are trying to have her relocated from NC to Pennsylvania so that she may be closer to family.
Unfortunately , it is not medically safe to move her in a traditional way. She would have to have a licensed  medical transport company move her with trained nurses in order to ensure her safety. We have gotten quotes from various companies and the best we can find is just under 5,000.00. We are in desperate need of any help at all as we only have a few weeks to try to accomplish this goal. We made a promise to her to get her up to Pennsylvania and we are doing everything we can with in our power to make good on our promise.
