Joan Elaine Chaney Memorial Fund

My name is Charla Clark.  One of my best friends, Pamela Waters, lost her mother, Joan Chaney in a tragic car accident.  Her father, Robert Chaney, is still in the hospital being treated.  Their family needs your support in helping with funeral costs and medical bills.
