JoAnn Daly & John Guenther Lightning Damage

You will never meet a more caring and kind person than Joann Daly. She has worked as the Bar Manager at the Eustis Elks Lodge #1578 for over 20 years. She never forgets a name or what you are drinking lol. On September 1st 2022, she received a call that her detached garage with carport was hit by lightning. She and her husband John lost many material items in this fire, but thankfully, no one was injured. To make matters worse, the house was not able to be insured due to the house being built in 1921. Now the clean-up is all on them to take care of. The motor home has to be cut into pieces to be removed, along with John's Harley and MG car. The fence needs to be removed and replaced, and there are trees that need to be removed in order to be able to try and salavage any of their belongings, as well as the removal of the structure that was left behind from the fire. The clean-up from this disaster will be a massive undertaking for this family. Any amount donated will help with cleaning up the disaster that was left behind for JoAnn and John. It's times like this when we all need a little help from family, friends and our community.
