Hi, everyone. This is very hard to start off but I will do my best! This year is officially the worst year of my life! My mom who is everything to me has been diagnosed with Cancer. It's even harder because of Covid or I would be with her everywhere. She has two types that are both at Stage 2 thank god. She is trying to beat this thing! This has not only been a shock but very hard for me to deal with personally as well. Because, my mom means the world to me. She's the strongest woman I know. And, she just texts me that she needs help to pay her bills. She has never asked for help ever. But, she has not been working since she has had to have surgery and has to get chemo every week. This is going to be a long road of surgeries, chemo, and possibly radiation for her. I can't imagine what she is going through, or how scared she really is. I told her I need her to fight this because I am not ready for her to leave me. She promised she would. The doctor said this is a journey, of 6 months to a year at least. I always knew Cancer was a terrible and frightening thing to deal with but when it hits someone you love more than life that's where the pain really comes in. I just want to help her in any way that I can so she doesn't have to stress about her bills coming in for now until she can get some type of disability or something. Any amount along with every prayer that you can add my mom to would mean a lot at this time. Please hug your moms tighter, Please send prayers and Please stay safe.
