This fundraiser has been set up as a way for friends and family to show their support to the Chan and D’Souza families for the loss of their beloved mother, partner, daughter and sister.

We are absolutely heartbroken by the tragic and sudden loss of Jo. If you would like to send along any kind words, fond memories, or support to Jo’s family for her celebration of life or to go towards Holly and Kyle’s future we invite you to do so.

Jo will be lovingly remembered by her daughter and son, Holly and Kyle; partner, Dan; father, Edward; mother, Henrietta; sister, Vanessa; and all of her many friends and family members.
